1 General Provisions

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the balance ৳3,000, and before withdrawing, a wager of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

4.2 Other Promotions

vip bajee runs various promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including minimum deposit, wagering requirements, and validity period. It is mandatory to read the relevant terms carefully before taking advantage of any promotion.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If the platform suspects a member is abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, risk-free betting patterns, or attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus requirements — the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

4.4 Wagering Requirement Rules

5 VIP Program

5.1 Tiers

vip bajee's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can move up to higher tiers based on their activity on the platform.

5.2 Weekly Cashback

Weekly cashback on net losses is provided at each VIP tier: up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. For example, if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200.

5.3 VIP Benefit Conditions

VIP benefits depend on activity within a specified period. Extended inactivity may result in a change of VIP tier. All VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

If the outcome of a game becomes uncertain due to a technical error on the platform, the platform reserves the right to void that bet.

6.3 System Errors and Disputes

Any abnormal winnings resulting from a software or server error will be considered void. If a dispute arises over any transaction or game result, the support team must be notified within 24 hours.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or manipulation.

• Claiming bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. Any pending transactions and bonus conditions will be reviewed before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

The platform may take certain administrative measures regarding accounts that have been inactive for a long period. Members should contact the support team regarding the retention of balances in inactive accounts.
